Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience with research/sourcing tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to analyse large data to support business strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipelines via sourcing, screening and referrals for complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.
• Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team and hiring managers to ensure business needs are met throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and optimise current processes to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date market intelligence to support business growth.
• Curating insightful talent mapping projects to share with business leaders.
• Prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications.
• Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and provide feedback.
• Advocate ByteDance as a great place to work for all candidates.
