Qualifications

• Extensive experience in export controls, trade compliance, or related regulatory compliance work.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. export control laws (EAR), restricted party screening, and licensing fundamentals.
• Experience building or enhancing compliance programs in a multinational or cross-border business environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement export control and trade compliance policies, procedures, and governance processes.
• Manage core compliance operations including restricted party screening, end-user due diligence, and audit readiness.
• Develop compliance processes for cross-border business activities, technology transfers, and cloud/IaaS access.
• Partner with legal, engineering, and operations teams to embed export control requirements into workflows.
• Assess export control risks across the supply chain, including ECCN classification and Foreign Direct Product rules.
