Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/Math/Stats.
• 3+ years in product management, specialising in trust & safety or platform integrity.
• Familiar with end-to-end workforce management — forecasting, HC planning, scheduling.
• Strong data-driven decision making; proficient in SQL and metrics decomposition.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and results focus.

Responsibilities

• Define WFM strategy and solutions to balance supply and demand and reduce costs.
• Conduct deep business research; produce PRDs, workflows, and prototypes for 0-1 or iterating systems.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives (ops, eng, data); drive releases and adoption.
• Build KPI frameworks and use SQL to diagnose issues and optimize performance.
