Job summary

PU Prime is seeking a Web Experience Specialist to own and optimise global marketing websites. You will drive redesigns, localisation, landing pages and UX improvements, working with Marketing, Design, SEO and Development teams.

This role emphasizes UX thinking, digital marketing, and strong project execution rather than pure development. You will lead multilingual site initiatives, manage backlogs, and ensure consistency across markets while leveraging analytics to improve conversions and user

Qualifications

Mandatory fluency in Mandarin and English.
At least 4 years in website management or digital marketing roles.
Experience leading large-scale website improvement projects.
Strong knowledge of UX, site architecture, journeys and CRO.
Experience with CMS platforms and content coordination.
Excellent project management with multiple stakeholders.
Understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition and conversions.
Experience using web analytics to drive improvements.
Clear communication and independent project delivery.

Responsibilities

Own global marketing websites, lead redesigns and backlog prioritisation.
Analyse customer journeys and site performance to drive UX and CRO improvements.
Coordinate multilingual localisation across markets with brand consistency.
Translate marketing needs into briefs for Design, Dev, SEO and Regions.
Manage CMS content updates and ensure site quality and performance tracking.
Monitor metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
