Job summary

PU Prime is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead a global branding function spanning Social Media, ESG, Events, PR, Content, KOL Marketing, Education and Design. You will shape strategies, guide integrated campaigns and drive measurable results across international markets.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience building brands globally, developing multidisciplinary teams, and presenting data-backed campaign case studies with clear personal contributions.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in brand marketing or integrated marketing.
• Proven leadership managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience balancing global consistency with local relevance across multiple international markets.
• Strong portfolio of campaigns with quantifiable results and clear personal contribution.
• Excellent creative judgement and storytelling with track record of turning ideas into campaigns.
• Strong execution and prioritisation to manage complex projects.
• Analytical skills with data-driven decision making to evaluate performance.
• Budget management, resource allocation and assessment of marketing effectiveness.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and geographically distributed teams.
• Fluent professional English in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global brand strategy strengthening PU Prime’s positioning and differentiation.
• Lead integrated campaigns across social media, PR, content, KOLs, events, ESG, education and design.
• Guide campaigns from audience insights to distribution and evaluation.
• Set clear creative briefs and uphold high storytelling standards.
• Manage a 20+-strong global branding team and allocate resources across time zones.
• Establish KPIs, baselines and reporting for brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure compliant communications.
• Measure impact on acquisition, conversion, retention and brand metrics.
