Job summary

PU Prime is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to drive growth across international markets. You will identify scalable opportunities, manage paid campaigns, and optimize the customer lifecycle using analytics and experimentation.

Collaborate with CRM, Product, Data, and regional teams to enhance acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention while improving ROI and long-term value.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing or User Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience managing and optimising paid digital campaigns.
• Working knowledge of major digital advertising platforms such as Google, Meta and TikTok.
• Good understanding of customer acquisition, conversion funnels, retention and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with marketing analytics, campaign measurement and performance reporting.
• Comfortable working with data to identify trends, evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimisations.

Responsibilities

• Execute growth marketing initiatives across multiple markets and customer segments to support customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention.
• Manage, monitor and optimise digital marketing campaigns across key paid and performance channels.
• Support campaign planning, setup, targeting, creative testing and ongoing optimisation across platforms such as Google, Meta and TikTok.
• Analyse campaign, channel and customer performance to identify optimisation opportunities and improve marketing efficiency.
• Conduct structured testing across audiences, creatives, messaging, channels and landing pages to improve conversion and campaign performance.
• Work closely with CRM, Product, Data, Creative and regional teams to support growth initiatives across the customer journey.
• Support customer lifecycle, remarketing and re-engagement campaigns to improve retention and long-term customer value.
• Monitor key growth and marketing metrics, prepare performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Support marketing budget tracking and allocation by monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve ROI.
• Research and evaluate emerging digital channels, platforms and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on schedule.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of growth marketing processes, learnings and best practices.
