Job summary

Orix Digi in Singapore is seeking a Principal Web Designer to lead conversion-oriented web design across Global markets, translating demand signals into measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

You will own end-to-end delivery, drive KPI governance, run weekly optimization cycles, and collaborate with strategy, delivery, and analytics leads to improve execution quality and speed. This is a full-time onsite role in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in conversion-oriented web design.
• Hands-on capability with Figma, design systems, responsive layouts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in cross-functional environments.
• Data-informed decision making with KPI analysis.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to execute against deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for Web Designer initiatives, from planning through execution and optimization.
• Translate business goals into KPI trees, sprint priorities, and measurable weekly actions.
• Run structured experiments and document performance learnings for scaling decisions.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to align creative, technical, and operational dependencies.
• Maintain QA discipline, reporting clarity, and leadership-ready status updates.
