Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive digital content specialist to lead website revamp and manage online content across platforms, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance user experience.

You will monitor performance, apply SEO and analytics insights, maintain CMS content (Sitecore), and support digital transformation through data-driven reporting and coordinated projects. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably Sitecore.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for website content formatting and updates.
• Good understanding of website management, UX principles and SEO best practices.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console or Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in website management, digital content creation or website revamp projects will be advantageous.
• Self-motivated, meticulous and able to manage multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Lead website revamp and enhancement initiatives, including content restructuring, webpage improvements and user experience (UX) optimisation.
• Manage and maintain website content through CMS, preferably Sitecore, ensuring information remains accurate and on-brand.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather updates, programme information, success stories and content for website and social media publication.
• Monitor website performance, traffic and SEO metrics, identifying opportunities to improve online visibility and user engagement.
• Conduct website content audits and quality checks to ensure functionality, accuracy and consistency across digital platforms.
• Identify and resolve website content issues while maintaining proper content governance standards.
• Support digital transformation initiatives through research, data analysis, reporting and project coordination.
• Assist with other departmental projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.
