Job summary

PRISM+ is Singapore’s leading homegrown electronics brand seeking a UX and Web Lead to guide the team that owns the PRISM+ website, campaigns, and app design. You will maintain quality and pace during a busy retail calendar, including store launches and major events like IT Show 2027.

You will oversee UX design and frontend development, MOB app UX, and cross-functional coordination with e-commerce, brand, retail, ops, and CS. The role requires strong Figma skills and CRO expertise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in UX or digital design.
• 2+ years leading a team, ideally in e-commerce or D2C.
• Strong Figma skills and ability to design when needed.
• Shopify experience is a strong plus; CRO tools like Omniconvert are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day priorities for a team spanning UX designers and frontend developers, including offshore contractors.
• Own the web UX end-to-end: product pages, collection pages, homepage, cart and checkout, campaign pages.
• Manage CRO and A/B testing: plan, design, deploy, and review results monthly.
