Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking an International Wealth Premier Manager in Singapore to mentor a high-performing team, coach staff for sales and service excellence, and drive profitability for the International Wealth - Premier segment. You will ensure adherence to marketing guidelines, manage risk, and uphold compliance while leading strategic client relationships.

The role emphasizes leadership, initiative, and the ability to operate both independently and within a team in a dynamic wealth-management

Qualifications

• At least 6 years’ experience in banking and financial services with a strong track record in financial product sales & team management.
• Good track record in effective team management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience covering North Asia market will be a strong advantage.
• Effective management skills with strong leadership qualities.
• Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• It is essential for candidates to be creative and possess the initiative, drive and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and inspire team members to achieve full potential in sales and service excellence.
• Provide coaching & motivation to staff to optimise financial contribution to International Wealth - Premier.
• Contribute to the bottom line of International Wealth - Premier through the accomplishment of profit and growth targets.
• Ensure that RMs adhere to the Bank’s International Wealth - Premier marketing guidelines.
• Manage operations risk and ensure that the Bank’s operational standards and requirements are adhered to.
• Adhere to all bank’s compliance standards.
• Implement service initiatives (in accordance with the Customer Experience guidelines) and ensure consistency of service quality and delivery.
