OCBC invites an experienced Affluent Team Manager to lead and develop a team of Affluent Relationship Managers and grow our International Wealth Affluent business.

You will drive your team's performance, coach on financial planning, and ensure a high-quality customer experience while upholding regulatory standards and fair dealing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma with at least 6 years in banking/financial services, preferably in financial product sales or business management.
• Prior team leadership, coaching or mentoring experience is required.
• Sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products.

Responsibilities

• Hire, skill and coach a team of Affluent Relationship Managers to drive customer engagement in financial planning.
• Ensure overall sales, upfund and upgrade targets are met.
• Adhere to FA Act, Fair Dealing and internal/external regulatory requirements and policies.
• Be the single point of accountability for business performance, growth and customer satisfaction.
• Implement service initiatives and ensure consistent service quality.
