OCBC Bank is seeking a dynamic leader to groom the next generation of bankers within our Wealth Management team in Singapore. You will oversee the Wealth Centre operations, Tele-consulting teams, and drive aggressive business development while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The role is based in-office with a focus on leading sales performance, client relationships, and team growth in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the performance of Wealth Business Managers to consistently exceed KPIs.
• Lead daily sales management activities, setting and agreeing on sales targets and conducting performance appraisals with the Deputy Cluster Manager.
• Monitor, evaluate, and track sales results using MI reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to support business growth.
• Develop credible resources and platforms to empower sales teams for effective customer engagement.
• Participate in recruitment to build a strong, capable sales team.
• Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on tools, techniques, and market information.
• Identify competency gaps and implement upskilling programs to improve productivity and product proficiency.
• Maintain and grow relationships with profitable customers through events and direct engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales Teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvements.
• Lead recruitment and sourcing to attract top sales talent and optimize area resources for better lead generation.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
