• At least 5 years of experience in business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new channels through targeted outreach and campaigns.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies aligned with goals and offshore markets.
• Track leads from qualification to conversion for NTB, upgrades and RI.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals within approval frameworks.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to optimize outcomes.
• Prepare reports on acquisition performance, pipeline health and ROI.
• Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth transitions.
• Oversee events end-to-end from planning to post-event conversion.
