Job summary

OVERSEA-CHINESE BANKING CORPORATION LIMITED is seeking a Personal Wealth Manager to be based at OCBC island-wide branches in Singapore. You will provide comprehensive financial advisory and banking services to customers, promoting OCBC's wealth management products and solutions.

You will develop monthly action plans to achieve sales targets, adopt a consultative selling approach, and manage account openings and servicing with strict adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant retail banking sales experience.
• Fresh Degree or Diploma holders are welcome to apply.
• Results-oriented with ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial advisory and cross-sell OCBC wealth products.
• Develop monthly action plans to meet sales targets and grow new business.
• Adopt a consultative selling approach to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Perform account opening and ongoing servicing with accurate documentation and compliance.
• Engage customers via tele-consulting and walk-in servicing; address feedback and inquiries.
