Trade Intelligence Global Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to drive growth of our global trade intelligence platform. You will identify new business opportunities, engage prospective clients, conduct product demos, and work toward monthly sales targets through outbound outreach and client meetings.

The role requires strong communication, a client-facing mindset, and bilingual English/Mandarin to engage diverse clients.

Formación

• Must have 1-2 years of sales, business development, customer service, or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable speaking with clients.
• Interested in sales, business development, digital platforms, Data-as-a-Service, or international trade.
• Working knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems.
• Professional, reliable, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• English and Mandarin proficiency is mandatory.
• Eligible to work in Singapore.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, outbound prospecting, emails, calls, and meetings.
• Engage potential clients to understand their business needs and use cases.
• Introduce TradeInt’s global trade data platform to prospective customers.
• Conduct product demos and explain platform features clearly.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
• Support inbound enquiries from marketing campaigns and website traffic.
• Create and execute strategies to attract and convert customers.
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
• Support pricing discussions, proposals, and after-sales follow-up.
• Work toward monthly sales targets via outreach, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Share market feedback and competitor information with management.
