Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is assisting a global MNC in logistics to hire a dependable Freight Forwarding Operations professional in Singapore.

You will manage end-to-end import shipment operations, coordinate with overseas offices and service partners, monitor status, prepare reports, and handle enquiries. Based in the Changi area, the role requires a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or related field with at least 2 years’ experience in import/export or freight forwarding.

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin or related preferred.
Minimum 2 years in freight forwarding, air freight operations, import/export or logistics customer service.
Experience handling key accounts, shipment coordination and billing is a plus.
Knowledge of air freight processes, import operations and shipment documentation.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end import shipment operations to ensure timely cargo movement.
Coordinate with overseas offices, airlines, terminals and service partners for efficient shipments.
Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
Handle inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues and complaints promptly.
Prepare customer reports and performance updates.
