Job summary

JC Consulting seeks a Senior Manager, Global Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits and reward programmes across multiple markets from Singapore. This hands-on, regional role owns core C&B activities, job architecture, benchmarking, RSU administration and reward governance.

You will manage a small team covering HRIS and RSU administration, collaborating with HR, Finance, Legal and business leaders across countries to standardise programmes and scale internationally.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in compensation, benefits or total rewards.
• Hands-on experience with salary benchmarking and bonus planning.
• Experience administering RSU/long-term incentives.
• Experience in regional/global organisations with multiple countries.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual compensation cycles including salary reviews and bonus planning.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and provide market data for hiring and retention decisions.
• Review and improve compensation structures across markets.
• Standardise benefit programmes including medical insurance.
• Oversee RSU administration and governance processes.
• Lead HRIS data quality, reporting and rollout of systems changes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal and business leaders across countries.
