Job summary

Dyson GmbH is seeking a Technical Security Programme Manager to oversee global security projects from Singapore Technology Centre. You will lead end-to-end delivery of access control, CCTV, intruder alerts and integrated security platforms, ensuring on-time, within-budget outcomes and strong governance.

Key collaboration spans Security, Facilities, IT, Estates, and external partners. PRINCE2/APM/PMP experience and deep security standards knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technical security projects across multiple sites or regions.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, VMS, and related platforms.
• Ability to translate security requirements into deliverable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of security projects from initiation to realisation.
• Manage scopes, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting for regional projects.
• Ensure technical security standards, governance, and site constraints are met.
