Job summary

Dyson is seeking a seasoned senior leader to head regional security architecture and engineering. You will guide a multinational team, define security blueprints for products, manufacturing, connected platforms, and IT systems, and embed security across complex initiatives.

You will influence senior stakeholders and drive a world-class cyber security program. You will partner with the CISO and Global Director of Security Architecture to advance governance, risk management, and strategic security

Qualifications

• Proven track record building and running enterprise security architecture and engineering functions.
• Practical, collaborative leader who develops talent across Asia, Europe and the US.
• Experience across IT, OT, cloud, and embedded security domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional security architecture teams and foster talent retention.
• Provide proactive security leadership to business divisions, projects, and 3rd parties.
• Develop and lead digital security blueprints for products, plants, platforms, and IT infra.
• Implement security best practices across cyber elements of business initiatives.
• Shape Dyson's cyber security strategy and the transformation roadmap.
• Oversee security engineering operations and cost-effective security investments.
• Create designs underpinning the global cyber security transformation program.
• Manage vendor relationships and optimize security spend.
• Influence senior stakeholders and ensure secure, compliant solutions across the business.
• Foster internal-external partnerships and align with the Cyber Security Governance Framework.
