Job summary

Dyson GmbH is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery & Product Security Manager in Singapore. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage end-to-end projects, and ensure security-focused product development across hardware and software domains.

Strong communication with senior management and suppliers is essential. You will oversee risk, schedule, cost, and quality while driving best-practice delivery processes and end-to-end traceability across projects.

Qualifications

• Requires a strong background in delivering complex hardware/software products.
• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles with external suppliers.
• Experience in embedded software and hardware development, with security focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex projects within SWHW&PS, balancing scope, schedule and quality.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders with clear, timely communications.
• Develop and execute project communication plans and provide actionable updates.
• Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, regulatory, manufacturing and quality requirements.
• Maintain KPI reporting and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
