Job summary

Tencent seeks motivated interns to join its in-house sourcing hub and support recruitment across markets. You will partner with recruiters to understand needs, map talent pools, and build pipelines for high-demand roles globally.

Interns will engage candidates via email, social media, and calls, contribute to campus outreach, and help measure sourcing effectiveness using internal trackers. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

Currently an undergraduate or master’s degree student in Human Resources or its equivalent.
Prior recruitment and/or sourcing experience is a plus, with exposure to Boolean searches.
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify problems from information.
Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns; strong communication.

Responsibilities

Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand hiring needs and qualifications.
Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify candidate pools and channels.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles across markets.
Engage with prospects via emails, social media, and calls to spark interest.
Support referral initiatives and outreach campaigns to expand talent reach.
Utilize internal trackers to measure sourcing performance and inform improvements.
