Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree program.
• Previous recruitment or talent sourcing experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
• Available to commit at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 5 consecutive months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing roles from intake to interview.
• Help design creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct industry and competitor research.
• Ensure timely communication during the recruitment process.
