Job summary

ASM is seeking an experienced L&D/ Talent & Culture leader to shape learning and organizational capability across the global business. You will partner with COE teams to design and deploy development programs that unlock leadership potential, elevate culture, and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning Management, Instructional Design, HR Development, or related field.
• 10+ years in L&D/Talent/Culture with global programs.
• 8+ years designing competency frameworks and leadership assessments with external vendors.
• 10+ years consulting or internal advisory with senior leaders to diagnose challenges and drive results.
• Experience developing learning frameworks for Commercial/Sales/customer-facing orgs.
• Expertise in learning strategy, digital learning design, and program delivery.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder partnerships.
• Fluent English written and spoken; global collaboration.
• Self-starter balancing strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with COE Talent, Leadership and Culture to create learner-centric experiences using adult learning principles and diverse delivery methods.
• Translate business priorities into talent, leadership and culture solutions with HRBP; ensure solutions reflect real business challenges.
• Evolve job architecture frameworks, career progression pathways, and competency-based job families for scaling and mobility.
• Integrate learning analytics for engagement tracking and behavioural change measurement.
• Support global and regional Talent management processes owned by HRBP with disciplined follow-up.
• Develop evaluation frameworks with ROI measurement to drive organizational improvements.
• Partner with Global HRBPs on Employee Engagement initiatives from planning to execution.
• Coach and support managers and employees in fostering a development-first mindset.
• Build strategic relationships with leaders, SMEs, and teams to implement learning and culture initiatives.
