• 12–15+ years of experience across Talent Management, Learning & Development and Organisational Development in complex environments.
• Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualifications/certifications welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute an integrated TM & Learning strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Lead and develop teams; manage external learning partners/vendors.
• Assess talent potential, leadership readiness, and succession planning at scale.
• Provide data-driven insights on programme effectiveness to inform stakeholders.
