Job summary

Ant International is seeking an experienced Recruitment Partner to help shape talent strategy across the region. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing to offer, ensuring quality hires and timely delivery.

You will leverage agencies, internal sourcers and other channels to map markets, engage talents globally, and ensure sustainable recruitment channel allocation. As a thought partner to business and HRBP teams, you will use data analysis to optimise decisions, improve operations,

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working recruitment experience.
• Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to cut through complexity and deliver results, particularly under ever-changing circumstances
• Exceptional communication skills and professional judgment
• Familiarity with Excel, and the ability to use data to influence decisions
• Ability to speak Mandarin is not a must, but a bonus due to ability to work with stakeholders in China

Responsibilities

• Understand the organization strategies, regional business directions, plan out and implement corresponding recruitment strageties.
• Conduct recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance, responsible for both recruitment result and recruitment procress.
• Leverage agencies, internal sourcers and other recruitment channels to market map and engage talents globally, ensure long‑term sustainable and efficient recruitment channel allocation.
• Serve as a thought partner to the business and HRBP teams throughout the entire recruitment process, use data analysis to optimize recruitment decisions, improve operation excellence and unblock challenges.
• Partner with various cross‑functional teams to provide information and market awareness, and drive various recruitment initiatives and events.
