You will partner with leaders and managers to understand workforce needs, shape hiring strategies, and drive a high‑quality process from brief to offer, aiming to reduce external agency dependency and improve time to hire.

Qualifications

• Seasoned experience in talent sourcing and evaluating candidates across multiple functions and levels.
• Ability to build strong relationships with line managers and stakeholders to align hiring needs with business goals.
• Knowledge of recruitment governance in global regions (US, EMEA, APAC) and labour regulations.
