Antaes Asia is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to support expansion in Asia. The role blends client sourcing and recruitment to deliver tailored consulting solutions. You will build a pipeline, engage clients, and recruit consultants to meet project needs, while managing key accounts.

The position offers a hybrid work setup in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with growth opportunities across regional markets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• First experience in BD, Sales, Consulting or Recruitment is a plus.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, resilient and results-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, target, and acquire new clients across key industries.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of business opportunities.
• Conduct outreach to generate leads and close deals.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment to support business growth.
• Screen, interview and place consultants to meet client needs.
