Job summary

ResMed is expanding its Global Talent Acquisition team and seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across our Global Supply Chain portfolio, with a primary focus on manufacturing operations in Johor Bahru and cross-border hiring in Singapore and Australia.

You'll partner with Manufacturing and Engineering leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles, build pipelines, and develop creative sourcing strategies in competitive markets.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of the Johor Bahru talent market with regional hiring experience.
• Demonstrated success building talent pipelines and sourcing in competitive markets.
• Experience hiring across a range of role types, from repeatable operational to specialist and leadership recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence and advise leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio.
• Support hiring across Johor Bahru, Singapore and Australia.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and future workforce needs.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage active and passive talent in competitive labour markets.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and a high-quality, efficient hiring process.
• Champion diversity, inclusion and employer branding initiatives that strengthen ResMed's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, Talent Management and other Centres of Excellence to align hiring activity with business priorities
