Job summary

Responsibilities

• Represent the Global Supplier Alliance function as part of the project XFT for projects within the allocated portfolio.
• Develop and implement supply chain design and sourcing strategies with stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, and GSA teams to align technologies with supplier capabilities.
• Ensure sourcing strategies balance project needs with commercial strategies and market conditions.
• Lead supplier selection and facilitate business processes with ResMed Quality Management System.
• Establish appropriate commercial contracts and ensure components, software and outsourced systems align to processes.
• Drive best practices and change management to align resources with evolving business demands.
• Drive continuous process improvement using data analytics to identify optimization opportunities.
