Job summary

ResMed is expanding its Global Talent Acquisition team and seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across our Global Supply Chain portfolio, with a primary focus on manufacturing operations in Johor Bahru and cross-border hiring in Singapore and Australia.

You'll partner with Manufacturing and Engineering leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles, build pipelines, and develop creative sourcing strategies in competitive markets.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of the Johor Bahru talent market with regional hiring experience.
• Demonstrated success building talent pipelines and sourcing in competitive markets.
• Experience hiring across a range of role types, from repeatable operational to specialist and leadership recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence and advise leaders.

• Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, Talent Management and other Centres of Excellence to align hiring activity with business priorities

What You’ll Bring

• Experience recruiting across manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of the Johor Bahru talent market, with experience supporting manufacturing, engineering or operations hiring within the region.
• Demonstrated success building talent pipelines and sourcing talent in competitive markets.
• Experience hiring across a range of role types, from repeatable operational hiring through to specialist and leadership recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise leaders.
• Experience supporting graduate, early career or workforce development hiring programs is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of broader APAC talent markets, particularly Singapore and Australia, would be advantageous.
• A proactive, curious and adaptable mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Ability to balance strategic talent advisory work with hands‑on recruitment execution.
