Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Sourcing Manager for an 18-month fixed-term contract in Singapore. The role partners with Product Development and cross-functional teams to shape sourcing strategies, identify new suppliers, and optimize supplier networks to meet project timelines and production needs.

You will lead supplier selection, manage commercial contracts, and drive continuous improvement using data analytics and best practices across global regions.

• Experience coordinating supply chain across global regions.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Global Supplier Alliance (GSA) in project XFTs.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies with stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, and GSA to align technologies with supplier capabilities.
• Balance project needs with existing GSA and commercial strategies.
• Lead supplier selection and contract alignment with ResMed processes.
• Ensure contracts and agreements cover components, software and outsourced systems.
• Drive best practices and change management in commercial resources.
• Utilize data analytics to identify optimization opportunities in sourcing operations.
