• Maintain candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards and market insights.
• Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Partner with recruiters to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
• Support additional recruiting projects and process improvements as needed.

Team Introduction The Global Functions Talent Acquisition team attracts, assesses, and hires top-tier talent for TikTok's global functions

• including Legal, Public Policy, Brand & Communications, and Global Security

• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
