Job summary

TikTok is seeking interns for its Content & Services PSO team in Singapore to gain hands-on experience in go-to-market support, performance insights, and market intelligence. You will learn how to create effective collateral, support product messaging for advertiser initiatives, and analyze data to drive growth while collaborating with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master's in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Psychology, Social Science or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required; IELTS/TOEFL scores optional but welcome).
• Solid analytical skills; proficiency with Excel/Sheets, SQL, basic data or data visualisation tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Go-to-market support: analyze product functionality, test hypotheses, and refine product messaging for advertiser-facing initiatives.
• Performance insights: conduct data-driven deep-dives to identify best practices and optimization levers.
• Market intelligence: assist in competitive analysis, market research, and customer insight gathering to inform strategy.
• Sales enablement: contribute to internal and external collateral like playbooks, decks, one-pagers, and performance reports.
• Product ops: help improve how we communicate product updates and feature rollouts to regional sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Reporting & experimentation: build dashboards or simple reports to track performance trends, surface insights, and recommend creative or targeting improvements.
