Job summary

TikTok is seeking interns for its Global Functions Talent Acquisition team to support sourcing, screening, and scheduling across Legal, Public Policy, Brand & Communications, and Global Security. This hands-on internship offers exposure to recruitment operations, dashboards, and market insights in a fast-growing tech environment.

Interns will gain practical experience, learn recruitment processes, and participate in development workshops and networking events.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking platforms.
• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, and market insights to support hiring decisions.
• Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Partner with recruiters to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
• Support additional recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
