Job summary

Volvo Group Singapore DC is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join the Distribution Center team. You will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment to ensure excellent parts availability, manage backorders, optimize inventory, and analyse supply chain performance using data-driven methods.

You will collaborate with central distribution centres, material planners, site operations, and sales teams across brands to improve service levels and lead continuous improvement initiatives through

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related discipline.
• Strong customer focus and service excellence.
• Good teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently.
• Analytical mindset with continuous improvement approach.

Responsibilities

• Backorder management and ETA reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and planners on back order status.
• Update dealers on ETA inquiries and order fulfilment.
• Lead strategic follow-up meetings with stakeholders.
• Support Time Planned Orders and provide visibility of fulfilment performance.
• Analyse KPIs and drive inventory optimisation with cross-functional teams.
• Digitalise supply planning processes and drive automation where possible.
