Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence.
• Good teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and digitalisation or automation tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Backorder daily recovery from central distribution centers to improve parts availability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with internal/external suppliers and material planners to follow up on back order status.
• Work with dealers/customers across markets, provide ETA updates and inquiries.
• Lead regular follow-up meetings to improve ETA reliability and address issues.
• Support Time Planned Orders and provide visibility of fulfilment performance.
• Monitor and analyze inventory and drive optimization initiatives.
