Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a strategic leader to drive global supply assurance for Assembly and Test manufacturing sites in Singapore.

You will plan global supply, improve inventory metrics, and guide procurement initiatives while leading Supply Managers and Procurement Operations Managers. The role requires 10+ years in procurement within semiconductor manufacturing, 5+ years of leadership, and APICS/PMI/CPSM certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant fields required.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in supply management.
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience in Semiconductor/manufacturing.
• APICS, PMI, CPM, CPSM certifications preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global supply plan; address capacity challenges and customer issues.
• Lead and coach Supply Managers & Procurement Operations Managers.
• Drive supplier collaboration and strategic supply assurance initiatives.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver strategic solutions and end-to-end supply assurance.
