Job summary

Micron Technology Asia Operations PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Director of Procurement for Assembly Test Materials & Outsourced Manufacturing to shape global strategy and supplier ecosystems across the semiconductor value chain.

You will partner with engineering and manufacturing leaders to drive category strategies, supplier performance, and risk mitigation, delivering cost competitiveness and resilience enterprise-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• 15+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, procurement, or supplier management.
• Experience leading global teams and enterprise-level outcomes.
• Proven track record in complex supplier ecosystems and outsourced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global procurement strategies for assembly, test materials and outsourced manufacturing.
• Lead category management for cost competitiveness, supply continuity, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Build strategic supplier partnerships and drive performance accountability across the supplier ecosystem.
• Ensure supply assurance through capacity planning, demand-supply alignment, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive end-to-end sourcing, including negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance governance.
• Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing global procurement organization.
