Job summary

You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and at least 5 years in engineering, procurement or supply chain, with strong analytical and communication skills and knowledge of SAP and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in engineering, purchasing/procurement or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supplier key point of contact for supply assurance and execution.
• Define materials buy rules and ensure compliance.
• Publish forecast; own PO management, order confirmation and rescheduling.
• Develop supply execution strategy; capacity planning and readiness.
• Negotiate with suppliers on capacity and lead times.
• Meet demand service levels and safety stock targets.
• Global WOS owner; manage supply allocation and analyses.
• Drive supply fungibility across the network.
• Own shortage resolution and escalation.
• Prepare forecasts and lead-time updates for leadership meetings.
