Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in SCM/Planning/Engineering.
• APICS, PMI, CPM, CPSM certification.
• Minimum of 10 years of procurement experience in Semiconductor and Manufacturing.
• At least 5 years of leadership in Supply Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business improvement plans and global supply assurance strategies.
• Lead and coach Supply Managers & Procurement Operations Managers; drive operational excellence.
• Manage DSL, SSA, WOS, OTD, DIO metrics and drive productivity improvements.
• Form global supply plans, address capacity challenges and supplier issues with stakeholders.
• Communicate goals and plans to partners, suppliers and global procurement teams.
