Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a seasoned supply chain professional in Singapore to lead materials buy rules, forecast publication, and PO management. You will develop capacity plans for Tier 1 materials, optimize risk, and drive improvements across global supply. You will lead reviews with senior leadership and collaborate across functions.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, supplier negotiations, and end-to-end supply assurance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, SCM or related field.
Minimum 5 years in Engineering, Purchasing/Procurement or Supply Chain.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced global manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication and influencing ability; persuasive advocate.
Strong influencing and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Define Materials Buy rule and ensure compliance; publish forecasts; own PO management, order confirmation, rescheduling and optimizing raw material liability.
Develop materials-specific supply execution strategy including capacity planning for Tier 1 Critical Raw Materials; drive bottleneck resolution.
Ensure demand service level and safety stock attainment; global WOS owner; lead global WOS reviews with leadership.
Drive supply fungibility across the network and own supply shortage resolution.
Incorporate supplier product/process end-of-life management into the supply assurance strategy.
Prepare and present forecasts, capacity and OTD/LTD in supplier QBR/ASE meetings; monitor lead times and LTD/OTD metrics for improvements.
Maintain Info record lead time updates monthly; demonstrate AI dexterity and drive continuous improvement.
