Job summary

You will partner with direct and cross-functional teams to plan strategic directions, drive metrics like DSL, SSA, WOS, and OTD, and oversee inventory performance across sites. The role requires 10+ years in procurement in semiconductor/manufacturing, 5+ years of leadership, and APICS/PMI/CPM/CPSM certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Supply Chain Management/Planning/Engineering.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in supply management roles.
• Minimum of 10 years procurement experience in semiconductor/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business improvement plans for global supply assurance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to plan strategic direction for assembly/testing sites.
• Drive metrics: DSL, SSA, WOS, OTD, Buy Rule Governance and inventory performance.
• Coach Supply Managers and Procurement Operations Managers toward operational excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers on supply assurance strategies.
