Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE LTD is seeking a senior leader to drive global supply assurance for assembly and test sites in Singapore. You will oversee metrics, strategic planning, and supplier collaboration to meet DSL, SSA, and OTD targets while guiding teams through complex procurement challenges.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in semiconductor procurement and 5+ years in leadership, with APICS/PMI/CPSM/CPM certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/Planning/Engineering.
• With at least 5 years of leadership in supply management roles.
• APICS, PMI, CPM, CPSM certification.
• Minimum of 10 years of procurement experience in semiconductor/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Plan global strategic direction of supply assurance for Assembly and Test manufacturing sites.
• Accountable for supply assurance metrics including DSL, SSA, WOS, OTD, and Buy Rule Governance.
• Lead site operations and inventory metrics: DIO, Excess & Obsolescence/Scrap, Slow Moving.
• Assist in formulating a global supply plan and address capacity challenges and customer issues.
• Coach Supply Managers & Procurement Operations Managers to drive excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners on supply assurance strategies.
