Job summary

FOMO Pay, a leading digital payments platform, seeks a Senior Executive / Associate Manager, Partnerships, to drive strategic alliances and global market expansion. You will nurture existing relationships and onboard new partners, guiding commercial negotiations from engagement to go-live with cross-functional teams.

In this role you will collaborate with the Head of Partnerships and internal Product/Tech teams to ensure seamless API integrations, regulatory compliance, and successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or key account management in fintech/payments.
• Strong understanding of the global fintech and digital payments ecosystem including banks, PSPs and digital asset providers.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex commercial discussions and partner onboarding.
• Experience coordinating with Product and Technology on API integrations from a business perspective.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Relationship Management with existing partners including banks and networks.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new partners aligned with business strategy and expansion plans.
• Lead commercial negotiations: pricing, service scope, terms, and implementation requirements.
• Oversee partner onboarding lifecycle: due diligence, KYC/KYB, approvals, risk reviews.
• Coordinate with Business, Product, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Operations for seamless integration.
• Manage go-live plans, milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
