Job summary

Hyppies Pte. Ltd. is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to forge strategic partnerships and expand its financial services network across key markets.

You will lead discussions with banks and fintechs, negotiate agreements and collaborate with product and operations to onboard partners and launch new financial solutions. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years in banking/fintech partnerships and a strong network.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships or relationship management within banking, fintech or financial services.
• Experience engaging established commercial banks and financial institutions, with a strong network of industry contacts.
• Understanding of banking services, payment infrastructure, cross-border payments and settlement processes.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to digital payments, treasury solutions or digital assets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions to support business growth.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and explore new opportunities across the payments and financial services ecosystem.
• Lead commercial discussions, partnership negotiations, and agreement structuring.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate partner onboarding and the launch of new financial solutions.
• Manage existing partnerships, identify growth opportunities and stay informed on market developments.
