Job summary

Paymonade is seeking a senior product manager to lead compliance and payments product initiatives in a fast-growing fintech. You will own KYC/AML, risk reviews, and end-to-end on/off-ramp flows, collaborating with engineering, compliance, and finance.

You’ll build configurable questionnaires, manage partner integrations, and use data to drive improvements in conversion and reliability across global markets. Fluency in English and 5+ years of product leadership in payments required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in payments/fintech or digital assets.
• Experience building KYC/AML/risk-review products.
• Strong understanding of payment and fund flows and reconciliation.
• Ability to translate requirements into auditable system rules.
• Proven ability to own complex product from design to launch.
• Excellent English communication with international teams.

Responsibilities
