You will standardise workflows, drive cross-category collaboration, and manage budgets to push these special projects forward efficiently. This position offers a structured, growth-oriented path within a global retail group.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex enterprise structures and product portfolios.
• Deep familiarity with WoNs and cross-category product handling.
• Proven ability to communicate across departments and international teams.
• Strong background in operational planning, milestones, and process standardisation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for LINT and LKA operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams and international offices.
• Lead cross-category project planning and non-commercial procurement across hardlines and textile categories.
• Implement standardised templates and digital workflows to reduce manual workload and overtime.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, align expectations, and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
• Oversee project budgets and ensure transparent usage across non-commercial procurement initiatives.
