Zusammenfassung

Lidl & Kaufland Asia Pte. Limited is seeking an IT Project Administrator to support end-to-end delivery of IT digitisation projects in Singapore.

You will report to the IT Project Manager and collaborate with the IT & Business Project team to drive on-time completion and effective governance. The role requires 2–4 years of project coordination or PMO experience, strong documentation and communication skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace and project tools like Jira or MS Project.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project support.
• Good organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on deadlines.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies is an advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with different stakeholders.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Experience supporting IT, system implementation, or digital transformation projects is preferred.
• CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Scrum, or similar PM certifications is a plus

Aufgaben

• Support the Project Manager in coordinating and tracking project activities to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Work with business users, project teams, and vendors to schedule activities and follow up on project tasks.
• Organize project meetings, workshops, and status update sessions.
• Prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Maintain project documentation, files, and repositories to ensure records are up to date.
• Assist in preparing project status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations, and highlight concerns to the Project Manager.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables and follow up with team members on progress.
• Provide project administration and governance support to the Project Manager and project team.
• Support testing, training, deployment, and other project activities as needed.
