Lidl & Kaufland Asia Pte. Limited in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager for LINT Special Projects to streamline non-commercial procurement for employee merchandise.

You will be the central point of contact coordinating with Lidl International, LKA and internal teams to drive milestones and efficiency. You will lead cross-category operations, standardise processes, and monitor budgets to ensure smooth execution.

Formación

• Ability to leverage organisational knowledge within complex enterprise structures.
• Deep familiarity with multiple product categories and WoNs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across departments and locations.
• Experience in operational planning, milestones and process standardisation.
• Proactive problem solver capable of structuring non-standard projects.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the designated single point of contact for LINT and LKA operations, coordinating with cross-functional internal stakeholders and international teams.
• Drive operational planning and non-commercial procurement across hardlines and textile categories.
• Implement standardised templates, digital processes and structured workflows to reduce manual workload.
• Mobilise internal teams across departments, organizing and leading meetings to align expectations and resolve bottlenecks.
• Manage project cost tracking and ensure transparent budgeting per WoN across non-commercial procurement initiatives.
