Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Education or related field.
• Experience designing and implementing corporate learning programmes.
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with LMS and digital learning technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent project management and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct training needs assessments and identify workforce capability gaps.
• Design and coordinate training programmes, workshops, and digital learning initiatives.
• Lead leadership development, management training, and succession planning programmes.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify employee development priorities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators.
• Manage learning budgets, training schedules, external providers, and learning resources.
• Support employee onboarding, career development, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Explore digital learning tools and AI-enabled solutions to improve training effectiveness.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports for senior management.
